SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Please allow 2-4 weeks for all special orders. Orders received by 11am PST will be processed and shipped the same business day. All orders received after 11am PST will be processed and ship the following business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will be notified by email if an item you ordered is currently out of stock. Please use only current e-mail addresses when ordering to help expedite this process.

RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUNDS:

We guarantee everything we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it and we will promptly refund, exchange or credit your account. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable.

In order to receive full credit for your return, items must be unworn, with original packaging and tags. Otherwise, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any return/exchange please email us for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorized). Returns received without RMA's will take longer to process, will also be charged a 20% restocking fee and possibly could be refused by our Return Department. Clearance merchandise sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. There are no refunds on clearance merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS!

FREE SHIPPING RETURN/EXCHANGE:

For returned items that initially received free shipping, your account will be charged a 10% restocking fee per each item that is returned. Exchanges that initially received free shipping will be charged $6 reshipment fee for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE:

All orders outside continental USA will ship via USPS Global Priority. Any exchanges, please contact us for actual reshipping charge.

How will I know my order went through?

You will receive confirmation via e-mail that your order has been accepted. Please use only current e-mail addresses when ordering. All correspondences regarding your order will be through e-mail.

Orders cannot ship unless a correctly completed order form, including credit card number, expiration date has been received. Please provide current Bill To information that match with your credit card mailing information, your credit card company has on file, if Bill To information does not match with your credit card mailing information your credit card company has on file will be on hold until Bill To info verify. All orders over $150 will require customer verification before shipping.

Why are there shipping charges for my order of Sanuk Shoes? Isn't it suppose to be free shipping on all Sanuk Shoes?

You will be charged for regular shipping on your Sanuk Shoe order unless you enter the coupon code "sanukshoes" at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

$6 Flat rate ground shipping is for orders within the Continental U.S. only, international rates differ. Express delivery is available for additional charges and can be calculated once your order is finalized. Express means 2nd day, or 3 days


Order $100 and over will receive FREE SHIPPING, excluding international order. Shipping charge for all heavy items like door mat, pictures...will be different, we will email you the correct shipping charge when we receive the order according to "Ship To" address.

All domestic orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. UPS for heavy, oversize item and free shipping rate. We will ship to P.O BOX via USPS Priority Mail only. Customers must include correct apartment/suite, city, state and zip code on their order forms or will be accessed with extra shipping charges should any changes be made by the post office or UPS. Please provide deliverable address for USPS. If the package return by USPS or UPS, there will be a charge for reship the package.
