Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

We guarantee everything we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it and we will promptly refund, exchange or credit your account. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchange oversize/heavy items like pictures, doormats.... We will email you the re-shipping cost for exchange item(s).

In order to receive full credit for your return, items must be unworn, with original packaging and tags. Otherwise, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

For any return or exchange, please either call or email us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorized). Returns received without RMA's will take longer to process, will also be charged a 20% restocking fee and possibly could be refused by our Returns Department. Clearance merchandise sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for them. There are no refunds on clearance merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Free Shipping Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Items returned from orders that originally received free shipping, will be charged a 15% restocking fee for the returned items. There is also a $5.95 shipping charge for exchanging any items ship within U.S.A continental. Exchange rate excludes international orders, oversize items: Like doormat, pictures....

International Orders Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

For all International orders return/exchange. You have to contact us for the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorized) before send back the return/exchage item(s) We will email you the shipping charge for exchange item(s).

What to Include in your return package: Please enclose the invoice and specify what item(s) you would like exchanged and the replacement item(s) you would like for us to send out. If you do not have your invoice, then write on a piece of paper your name, shipping address, whether the order was a phone order or an internet order and specify the item you would like to exchange or replace. DON'T FORGET TO WRITE YOUR RMA # on the invoice and on the return label.

Make sure your shipment is insured properly, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified by us.

Damaged or Defective Items: We do our best to minimize mistakes and not ship out defective items, however if we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping, please call us immediately.

1. You must contact us within 3 Business Days of Receiving Package.
2. (Unworn) Item must be sent back to us within 5 Business Days.
3. Correct item will be sent as soon as we receive defective/incorrect item.


If you have worn the item and feel there is a defect in workmanship please contact the manufacturer directly. All of our manufacturers have a good warranty and stand by the workmanship of their products. If you need assistance with this process, we will be more than happy to help coordinate any efforts to fix or replace your merchandise with them.
